An employee who had set up some projects in railway left the company. Since login appears to be through github, it probably would have been his personal account. Is there any way I can access what he set up? I don't think we have a company account or anything

Projects on Railway belong to the account that created them, and we're not able to grant access to another user's account or transfer their projects on your behalf. The best path forward is to contact the former employee and ask them to either invite you to their projects as a project member or transfer the projects to a workspace you control. If they connected a GitHub repo to those services, you may also have access to the source code through your organization's GitHub, which would let you redeploy from scratch on your own account.
