Hi Railway support team! Could you please confirm if Railway supports nested virtualization within docker container environments? This feature is important for us to run virtual machines inside our containers. We would appreciate any information on whether nested virtualization is available or can be enabled on Railway’s infrastructure, as well as any related requirements or limitations. Thank you!

Hello,
Apologies, but this is not something we can support right now.
In the future, when we move to a VM based runtime instead of the current container-based runtime, as a side effect, virtualization within deployments will be possible.
Unfortunately, I cannot offer an ETA for that, but please keep an eye out on our changelogs, as when we announce it, it will likely be dubbed runtime v3.
