[2024-05-29 07:36:24 +0000] [7] [CRITICAL] WORKER TIMEOUT (pid:170)
[2024-05-29 07:36:25 +0000] [7] [ERROR] Worker (pid:170) was sent SIGKILL! Perhaps out of memory?
[2024-05-29 07:36:25 +0000] [202] [INFO] Booting worker with pid: 202
I keep getting this error and when I try to login to my app where it is connected to my postgres as database in railway, it does not continue until it only says "stream timeout"

If you removed the static IP does your application go back to functioning normally?

Yes it works really fast, but when I enabled the Static IP, it takes forever to load and when it loads only the login page then after trying to login, it crashes then says application failed to respond.

So just to be clear, if you went and removed that static IP right now, your app would go back to functioning normally again?

Yes
And I just wanna note that I redeployed the app after enabling it, waited for hours at least maybe it takes time to load but still got an error

Thank you for clarifying.
Can you provide a product and service Id for the affected service?
Do you also have the new edge proxy enabled with the static IP?

I am not sure if this is correct:
project id:
79ff3a88-3f00-4481-906d-96162fe2cb89
I am not sure where I can locate the service id and product id
Yes I enabled the new edge proxy, I tried enabling it together with static ip, I also tried disabling it.

Both the project and service Id can be gathered from the page URL while you have a service open, if it's easier for you please send the entire URL as it does not contain any sensitive information.
Are you saying that having the edge proxy on or off does not affect the worker timeout issue?

https://sscrcgenerator-production.up.railway.app/

when I enabled the Static IP, it takes forever to load
Is your app relying on any outbound/external requests for fulfilling a request?
