I was forced by BUG to rebind domain to my project few times in a row because even when panel said verify CORS policy doesn't worked. Few times status was stuck for few hours on pending and now I'm on rate limits but support doesn't want to reply or take a look at bugs on service end.

This error cannot be automatically retried. Please check your DNS configuration or contact support."

If I'm not able to move instances between project's the rate limits shoudnt exist because biding domain again doesn't work then. Please take a look or reset my rate limits once. This bug is more complicated to investigate so ghosting tickets is not a good PR.
