The dashboard Inspect panel only exposes Close and says Changes are being applied. There is no Cancel or Retry control, and no new deployment has been created for this patch. The currently running application is healthy. The affected service is selected in this support request.

Please investigate and reconcile or release the stuck commitChanges workflow. Preserve the existing service, domain, committed configuration, and persistent volume. Do not delete or recreate the service or volume. Please confirm the disposition of the pending patch before we deploy a separately prepared CSS-only fix.
