Environment Variable Change Conflicting with Watch Files for Redeploys

I changed an environment variable which triggered a redeploy, as it should have, but I noticed (as of today) that my builds are being skipped due to "no changes to watched files." I tried redeploying this skipped deployment which normally forces it through, but it's basically stuck in this loop of not seeing any changes and refusing to deploy. I also did a manual Cmd+K -> Deploy latest commit, which is not working.

Hey! This is a known problem that we're working on right now.

If you want a temporary fix, you can redeploy the service via the redeploy button from the service details pane
