Environment variables are undefined during runtime

I am passing environment variables , but they are not available in my node js app. Everything else is working fine.

I verified this by returning them in the root api, but its always coming as undefined.

I was using turbo.json and forgot to define the env variables in there. Its fixed now. Thread can be closed
