Environments Missing After Upgrading from Trial to Pro Plan

Hello Railway Team,

This morning, my trial account expired and I immediately upgraded to the Pro plan. After the upgrade, all of my environments disappeared from my workspace. This is critical, as my entire workflow was deployed through Railway and I need urgent access to my projects.

Could you please assist in recovering my environments or advise on how to restore them?
