Errno 101 Network is unreachable on Hobby plan

I just upgraded from Trial to Hobby plan but my cron job deployment is still getting "Errno 101 Network is unreachable" errors. The network access is still blocked even after upgrading. I redeployed multiple times but the error persists.

Your Hobby plan has full outbound network access, so there is nothing to unlock. The "Errno 101 Network is unreachable" error corresponds to ENETUNREACH, which per our outbound networking docs occurs when your application attempts an IPv6 connection while the "Enable Outbound IPv6" toggle is off (it is off by default). You can either enable that toggle in your service's Settings under Networking and redeploy, or configure your application to connect over IPv4 only.

Try enabling outbound IPv6 in your service settings.
