error 500 - HTTP Request to YouTube API (n8n)

I'm getting a Status 500 when doing an HTTP GET Request to the YouTube API. I've restarted/redeployed the n8n server and I'm still getting this error. I've also tried changing my N8N_ENCRYPTION_KEY with no success. my Google Cloud is configured properly as my other Google nodes are connecting just fine.

have you tried making a call to the API from a client like Postman or even curl in the command line?

what was the output?
