Error Code: 1044 Access denied for user 'root'@'192.168.16.4' to database 'railway'

When I try to run query it give me this error also I get same this error when I try to connect excel
Also I can't see the data in the dashboard it say : Required Variables while all variables available

is this a database that was deployed with a template? if so, what template?

well, it looks like you're trying to connect to a local database, 192.168.16.4 is a local address.

you need to connect to the database hosted on railway.
