I have hobby plan

I have:

1. website.org
2. *.website.org

how come I get "SSL handshake failed (Error code 525)" when I visit any subdomains? I'm positive it's not Cloudflare's fault.

My intuition says hobby plan doesn't support unlimited subdomains but it never mentions that on the subscription page so idk
