Every deployment fails at exactly 05:35 with "Error configuring network". - Initialization: passes - Build: passes - Deploy › Configure network: fails every time at 05:35 - Region: Southeast Asia (Singapore) - asia-southeast1-eqsg3aThe app itself works fine - DB connects, schema initialises successfully (visible in deploy logs). The failure is purely in Railway's network configuration step, not in the application.
