Your workspace is currently in a trial state with no billing record created yet, which is causing the "Customer not found" error. Please go to Settings > Billing and add a credit card as your payment method, then retry subscribing to the Hobby plan from the Plans page. If the error persists after adding a payment method, let us know and we can investigate further on our end.
