Error Deploying Database

I am trying to deploy my postgresql database and i am getting "[FATAL tini (7)] exec PGPASSWORD=************** failed: No such file or directory" even when the password is correct.

Not quite sure why you are trying to run commands in your start command. Can you help me to understand what you are trying to do.
