I got trouble deploying this laravel app, I was deployed it using sails on another platform, but considering to move it here.

could you check of send the best practices on how to deploy laravel on railway?

I got various error,

11.71 Call to undefined method ReflectionFunction::isAnonymous()

and the other one:

The /app/bootstrap/cache directory must be present and writable.
