When trying to use the command php artisan migrate --force
it gives a does not connect to the DB. I have already checked all the fields DBCONNECTION DBHOST
DBPORT DBDATABASE
DBUSERNAME DBPASSWORD
and they are correctly configured, even so it does not connect
ERROR: failed to solve: process "/bin/bash -ol pipefail -c php artisan migrate --force" did not complete successfully: exit code: 1
