Hi, I'm getting an error message when trying to deploy (or better said redeploy). That said, I'm not the one who paid it, it was my teammate, who is the project owner.
He hadn't paid for a while, but now he has. Sill, both the API and the DB cannot be redeployed.
The message I get is You have used all your available resources

the project owner would need to pay the bill in order for you to deploy
Hello @Brody, how is that? We paid the bill today and the service has not been reinstated.
Has railway cancelled the subscription due to non-payment?

yes it's quite possible if the owner left the workspace unpaid for long enough
