Please note: when restarting the Postgres database for N8N, the following error occurred:
The data directory was initialized by PostgreSQL version 16, which is not compatible with this version 17.5 (Debian 17.5-1.pgdg120+1).
Please restore the service, as I need to access the data.

I had the same issue and it worked when I changed the image source to postgre:16. Try that
