Im trying to deploy my payload project, but it's like railway cannot read the variables
ⓘ Deployment information is only viewable by project members and Railway employees.

Hello,
For clarity this wouldn't be an Issue with Railway.
You are likely missing some ARG lines in your Dockerfile.
Please read this docs page - https://docs.railway.app/guides/dockerfiles#using-variables-at-build-time
