This error show me in deploy log
error: Tenant or user not found
This error begin when I use all limit of my plan, but now the plan is running again.
ⓘ Deployment information is only viewable by project members and Railway employees.

That is an application level issue that would not directly relate to the Railway platform, I'm sorry but we would not be able to assist with the issue.
