Issue is happening on my new project: 4bd89431-0fb1-43c6-824c-6fea3e292d10 where I can't connect to postgres db using external service.

I've a very similar project with the same setup that's working correctly: 4f00a934-7291-4ed3-85eb-9458d02056a7
The only difference that I notice is that under Variables tab there are different ones (database_public_url vs database_private_url), even though settings are the same.
