I wanted to get a clarification on why the estimated bill is 20+ $ when the current usage pricing is less than 5$? I want to know that what i will pay is only what the current usage is (at the time of the payment) and not the estimated bill

you only pay for what the current usage is at the time of payment, the estimated bill is just an estimation of what that current usage will be at the time of payment

that estimation is based on recent usage data and so may not be super accurate if your usage changes frequently
