Had a bit of a shock last month - turned out was our fault that we had incurred more egress than we should have due to a coding error.

However, we've since patched the issue, but our estimated usage for this month has increased to nearly double what it was last month when broken.

Does estimated take into account historic usage as part of the calculation.
(The observability page shows a reduced egress compared to the badly coded period)
