To raise awareness I created a new issue, because the outage is back again!

after 20 minutes it is working again. This service is very unstable today, please look into it so that it doesn't happen again.

Thanks @lww, we are taking this very seriously. We were alerted of the issue this time through our monitoring and have mitigated the problem on the host. Let us know if the issue persists
