Since ~06:45 UTC March 15, 2026, my service in EU-West (Amsterdam) has zero outbound connectivity. The container starts fine and accepts inbound HTTP requests, but ALL outbound connections fail:
- Cloudflare Tunnel: "Failed to dial a quic connection - timeout: no recent network activity" to multiple Cloudflare edge
- Supabase fetch calls - TypeError: fetch failed
I've redeployed 3 times. Each time the container gets a different internal IP but the same outbound failure persists. Inbound works fine — the Express server responds to HTTP requests via the Railway public domain.
No code changes were deployed. This started suddenly.

We are seeing the same for the past hour or so. Alerts system is showing down and the back up again over and over every 10-15 mins. This is in US-EAST for us with our monitoring in US-WEST.

NOTHING PEACEFUL ABOUT RAILWAY, RUNNING ECOMME PLATFORM SELLING £10k a day on it and our fucking business is going down every second day.

This incident comes from a change made by an upstream provider, which caused network degradation for a subset of hosts in our fleet
