I forced a redeploy of the instance and its still building for the last 8 minutes while it usually takes 2 min to build
There is still the sleeping instance thats not waking nor receiving any request

after a second redeploy since the second was stuck indefinitely it deployed and worked fine but it was really weird since not any request even appeared in the dashboard before
and now everything appears, all the requests with 502 errors and 15 sec timeouts

If the issue is still present, please check if you have accidentally changed the port for the public networking. Also check the documentation regarding 502 errors on Railway.
The issue was resolved after a third rebuild ! nothing was changed in my code or the port
