To locate the charge in our system, could you share the last 4 digits of the card being charged, the card's expiry date (MM/YY), the exact amount and date as they appear on your statement, and the full name printed on the card?

Thanks for those details. There are multiple cards ending in 1182 in our system, so to pinpoint yours we need a couple more details: the exact charge amount and the exact date it appears on your statement, along with the full name printed on the card.

The invoice Z6L4FOVT-0002 ($5.60) is the final charge generated when the account was deleted, covering usage up to that point. Deleting an account cancels the subscription immediately and bills any remaining usage, so this charge is correct and not refundable. No further charges will be taken since the subscription was ended by the deletion.

The deleted account's subscription was ended at the time of deletion, so there is nothing active that would generate any new charges on your card.
