Even after purchasing Hobby Plan the resources are still stuck

Hi guys, I have a Typesense instance deployed on railway. And we purchased the Hobby plan to increase the service limit…..
Project ID - 8c388558-8a9e-440b-bc07-376ae66aaace

Even AFTER the purchase, the max resource usage does not go over 512MB.
Also our Typesense instance constantly goes out of memory….

I am assuming it is not even increased…….
Can anyone guide me on how I can proceed?
