Every time i make a PR to main I get waiting for ci status even when ci is done

Hi there

I am having difficulty understanding what is going on with my build. Every time i push to main i am getting status WAITNG FOR CI even when my ci is completed. I am using github and github actions. Could you please take a look? Let me know if you need more information
