Hello,

I am completing a SOC2 Type 2 Audit and they have requested that I provide evidence that Railway is:

Firewall or Security Controls Confirmation

  1. Only approved ports are open.

  2. Traffic is filtered appropriately.

  3. Logs are maintained and monitored.

Network Security Documentation

  1. Their official documentation on network architecture and firewall configurations.

Can anyone point me in the right direction of how I might obtain this information? I checked the trust center and couldn't find this specifically.

I reviewed the SOC2 compliance doc and the closest matches I could find on trust.railway.com.

I could not find a specific statement regarding the questions I've been asked to provide by the auditor.
