Hello, I need help recovering access to an existing Railway project.
I am logged into the correct Railway account, and it is connected to the correct GitHub account. However, my existing project is not showing in my Railway dashboard.
The project was previously deployed and working on Railway, but I can no longer see it in my project list.
Could you please help me identify where the project is located or restore access to it?
Thank you.
Also, when creating this support request, the “Service” field does not show my missing project or any service associated with it. The only available option is “N/A”.

The account you're signed into has a single workspace, created on 2026-10-03, with no projects in it and no projects or services deleted from it in the last 45 days. That's why the project doesn't show in your dashboard or in the Service field on this form.
This means the project sits on a separate Railway account that was created under a different sign-in identity, not in this one. To reach it, sign out and sign back in with the identity that originally created the project. We can't merge accounts, move projects between them, or find an account from a project name.
