Hello Railway team,
We are migrating our project away from Railway after the trial expired. We need one bounded, read-only export of the most recent PostgreSQL data before we can safely complete the migration.
The PostgreSQL deployment is currently removed. A targeted CLI attempt to redeploy only this database service was rejected before deployment with: "Your trial has expired. Please select a plan to continue using Railway."
Please either temporarily enable only this PostgreSQL service long enough for us to create a pg_dump custom-format export, or provide a secure export of the retained volume/database. Please do not start the Wedina web service, background jobs, imports, payments, or email.
Our last verified disaster-recovery dump is from 2026-08-12, but we cannot declare it authoritative until we compare it with the final retained database. We are preserving the Railway project and volume unchanged.
Thank you.

We're not able to grant access to services or volumes on accounts whose trial has expired, including temporary reactivation of individual services or running exports on your behalf. Your PostgreSQL volume data is retained, and the path to access it is subscribing to a paid plan at your workspace billing page. Once the workspace is back in good standing, your services will come back online and you can connect and run pg_dump yourself.
