I paid for the plan but my Postgres service still won't deploy. I need to export my data.

Your workspace subscription is currently inactive because the May payment was cancelled, so all services were stopped. The Postgres service itself still exists in your project and its volume data should be preserved. To get it running again so you can export your data, you'll need to resubscribe at your billing settings and then redeploy the Postgres service. Once it's running, you can export using the built-in Database View in the dashboard or connect externally via the TCP proxy with a tool like pg_dump.
