Hi Railway Team,
My trial period has recently expired and my n8n service has been suspended. I unfortunately missed the window to export my workflows and database before the shutdown.
I am requesting a temporary (24-hour) activation of my project or a one-time credit extension so that I can log in to my n8n instance and export my workflow JSON files and credentials.
Issue: Service suspended due to trial end; need to perform a data backup.- Goal: Export n8n workflows to move to a local/paid environment. I have downgrade my plan to free i don't how to do it.
Thank you for your help!

Your Postgres and Redis volumes still contain their data, so your n8n workflows are not lost. We are not able to temporarily reactivate services on suspended accounts, but the path to recover your data is straightforward: subscribe to the Hobby plan ($5/month), redeploy your services, export your workflows from n8n, and then cancel if you no longer need the plan. Note that trial-plan volumes are deleted 30 days after credit expiration, so acting soon is important. You are already on the Free plan, so there is nothing to downgrade to.

Your volume data is still intact, but subscribing to a paid plan is the only way to bring the services back online and export your workflows. We are not able to grant temporary access or credits for data recovery. The Hobby plan is $5/month at your billing page, and you can cancel right after exporting. Trial volumes are deleted 30 days after credit expiration, so the window to act is limited.

A bank-issued credit or debit card is required to subscribe to a paid plan, and there is no alternative payment method available. If you have access to a debit card, that will work as well. Your volume data is retained for 30 days after trial credit expiration, so you still have time if you're able to obtain a card.

There is no way to download or access volume data without a running service, so redeploying on a paid plan is the only path to retrieve your workflows.

We understand this is important to you, and we're sorry we can't offer a different path here. The answer is the same: a paid plan is required to bring services online and export data, and we're not able to grant temporary access or credits for recovery. Your volume data is still safe for now, so if you're able to get access to a debit or credit card within the 30-day retention window, you can still recover everything.

The Free plan does not include the deployment capacity needed to bring services online, so there is no way to access volume data without subscribing to a paid plan. We are not withholding your data. Your workflow data is safely stored on the volumes right now and will remain there for 30 days, waiting for you to retrieve it whenever you are able to subscribe.

After the 30-day retention period, the volume data is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

Volumes from expired trials are automatically removed after the 30-day retention period. Until then, your data remains available for recovery if you subscribe to a paid plan. We understand this is frustrating, and we wish we could offer another path, but there is nothing more we can do on our end.
