exporting Postgres volume after workspace cancellation

I have an active refund and cancellation request, but I need to recover the data from one inactive project, "Held App," before the workspace is permanently removed. The project's Postgres volume is still present, but I can't redeploy it on the Free plan because the existing volume is 5 GB.

Would it be possible to provide a one-time database or volume export, or temporarily enable read-only access solely for the purpose of exporting the data, without requiring me to resubscribe or affecting my pending refund request?

I'd really appreciate any assistance you can provide. Thank you!

Your Postgres volume in the "Held App" project is still intact with about 219 MB of data, and it is not at risk of deletion while your workspace exists. The only path to access it is resubscribing to a paid plan (Hobby at minimum, since the volume is 5 GB and exceeds the Free plan's 500 MB limit), connecting to the database, running your export, and then cancelling again if you wish. We are not able to temporarily reactivate services or run exports on your behalf. Resubscribing and your pending refund request are handled independently, so one does not affect the other.
