Hello,
I’m extremely disappointed with Railway and the quality of your technical support.
For the past 3 days, my account has been practically unusable. Every project deployment fails, databases constantly crash, and every type of deploy ends with errors. I reported the issue multiple times and clearly explained the situation, yet the only response I received was the same generic copy-paste message that you apparently send to everyone. And even that took several hours.
Honestly, I expected much more from a platform like Railway. When a service becomes completely unusable for days, support should at least properly investigate the issue instead of dismissing customers with useless automated replies.
At this point, I’ve already started moving my projects to other platforms with more reliable infrastructure and, most importantly, better technical support.
It’s disappointing because I genuinely liked Railway, but this experience has completely let me down.

Before the issue on 19 May, all my projects were running perfectly. Then they stopped working on the 19th, and no matter what changes I try to make to get them working again, nothing works. I’m really angry. There isn’t even any customer service on this platform. Disappointed, disappointed, disappointed
