I upgraded to Hobby plan, yet I still get:
FATAL ERROR: Reached heap limit Allocation failed - JavaScript heap out of memory
How can I get past this?

Just waited maybe 15 minutes after I upgraded to Hobby plan

Great so it was the free plan then
