Facebook Sharing Debugger returns HTTP 403 for

Under Attack Mode is OFF.

robots.txt explicitly allows:

facebookexternalhit, Facebot, and meta-externalagent.

Normal requests to /donate/moneyslane return HTTP 200.

When I press “Scrape Again” in Facebook Sharing Debugger, no corresponding request appears in Railway Network Logs → HTTP.

Therefore the actual Meta crawler request is not reaching the service.

Please investigate whether Meta crawler traffic is being blocked at Railway’s edge / upstream edge network.
