your question pertains more about php than it does railway, as this is not an issue with railway but a misconfiguration / code issue.

working elsewhere does not mean this isnt a code or misconfiguration, digital ocean is a completely different platform

as mentioned, this discord server and https://help.railway.app/questions are for community support, if no one has an answer to your question then theres not much to do beside grow your own knowledge of php and try to work through the issue yourself

i assure you, this isnt an issue with the platform, as these things go, its just some minor code issue / misconfiguration

i wish i could help you, and if i did know php, i defiantly would be helping, but php is far out of my knowledge base
Thanks for supporting. I'm tried two days and ChatGPT also doesn't know. What's problem in deployment area going. I'm emailed also enterprise support. waiting for there response.

railway does not do support via email anymore last i heard, so im not sure you will get any outcome from that, the hobby plan also limits you to community support only
