No error on build, "Build success" but it doesn't start the application !

The only seldom message is "The selected runtime: UNSPECIFIED is not supported in this region: us-west2."

Could that be the failure ?

How to solve this ?

You'll want to go to your service's settings and change the runtime to v2, you're currently on a legacy runtime that is no longer supported
