My svyaz-web service has failed three consecutive deployments during IMAGE_BUILD.

Builder: builder-dlkxmk

The build logs contain only:

“scheduling build on Metal builder builder-dlkxmk”

No Railpack, dependency installation, compiler, or application logs are generated. Railway Agent diagnosed this as a builder infrastructure failure at IMAGE_BUILD. Please reset or reassign the stuck builder.
