Creating a new environment gives me this issue both in github actions and in the railway dashboard. The github repo is part of a private organization, but our github project is linked to the railway app and was deploying properly yesterday. Has anything changed?

Following up on this – installing and reinstalling the github app fixed the issue. I was getting the error through railway's dashboard as well, so it's clearly not just an issue with the action/API I'm using. What's the solution here where it won't happen again?
