Failed to create pull request
Agent completed without creating a pull request
Add a /health route to the wrapper (wrapper/proxy.js) that always returns HTTP 200, and update railway.toml so healthcheckPath is set to /health to match. The healthcheck repeatedly failed because the wrapper only special-cases the root path (redirecting it to /manager) and forwards every other request, including /health, straight to the backend, which has no such route and returns 404.

To understand why the pull request was not created, could you share which surface you were using (the dashboard agent or the CLI), along with a screenshot or the full output the agent returned when it reported completion?
