There was an error deploying from source. Tried to deploy using a free tier after the 30-days trial it keep failing

Railway's free trial credits expire after 30 days. Have a look at our docs for more info. Trial Docs
To continue using your Services, please subscribe to the Hobby plan, which includes $5 of usage per month.

I downgrade to free tier, but now i can't deploy it keep saying There was an error deploying from source.

The Free plan requires serverless to be enabled on your services. Please enable it in your service's settings under the Scale section, then redeploy using the command palette (Ctrl/Cmd + K and select "Deploy latest commit"). Also note that Free plan deploys are blocked during peak hours (8 AM - 8 PM local time in your service's region), so if the error persists, try deploying outside that window or upgrade to the Hobby plan.
