Failed to deploy template

After deploy 1 template, i kept seeing this message "Failed to deploy template" when i try to deploy any template. Is it because i am on free trial plan (There is credit left)?

you are not on a limited trial, and you have $5 in credits, please link the template you are having issues with

you are likely running into service amount limitations on the trial plan, please upgrade to the hobby plan
