My service is failing to fully deploy, resulting in the following critical errors in my logs:

• Healthcheck failure

• Failed to get private network endpoint

I understand that these errors are typically linked to IPv6 configuration. I have attempted to configure my application to listen on the :: host (which is mandatory for Railway's Private Network), but the errors persist.

Action Requested: Could you please investigate the specific logs for my service to determine why the healthcheck is failing? If the issue is indeed the IPv6 binding, could you please point me to a video tutorial or a detailed step-by-step guide specific to setting up Private Networking and IPv6 binding in my language/framework (e.g., Node.js, Python)?

2. External Database Access and Egress IP (Static IP)

My main database (MySQL/Postgres) is hosted externally (outside of Railway), and I need to whitelist an IP address in my provider's firewall.

• Does Railway provide a single, static IP for my service?

• If so, what is the exact process to activate the Egress Gateway to obtain this static IP?

• If a static IP is not feasible, can you confirm that the CIDR range 147.75.105.0/24 is the current and only range I should be whitelisting for outbound traffic?

Guidance Request: If the Egress Gateway is the solution, I would greatly appreciate any existing documentation, a video tutorial, or a step-by-step guide explaining how to enable and configure it for database access.

3. Domain Conflict (Minor Issue)

As a minor issue, I cannot assign the custom domain messiasdev.com due to the error:

Please advise on the safest procedure to remove the domain from the old service ("barber-shop") and assign it to the new one.
