Failed to initiate transfer

Please ask the new owner to upgrade to the Hobby Plan to transfer your project to their account.

I have Hobby Plan and transferiing ownership to my client that has next plan Pro plan, why i geting this error? He paid this yesterday.

They may have a Pro workspace, but their personal workspace is likely still that of a trial account.

The Pro plan is not a personal account, the Pro plan is a separate workspace.

It literally says that Pro plan === hobby plan with upgraded functionality.
Why my client paid this and cant use Hobby plan features in the Pro plan ? Pro

The Pro plan is completely separate from the person plan, the personal plan itself can not be a Pro plan, their personal plan is on trial, when it needs to be the Hobby plan.
