Failed to issue TLS certificate – Let's Encrypt rate limit on custom domain

Custom domain www.surg-solutions.com is stuck with "Failed to issue TLS certificate – Let's Encrypt rate limit reached." Error says it cannot be automatically retried.

DNS is correctly pointing to Railway. Looks like the 5 certs/week limit was hit from repeated deployments. Checked crt.sh to confirm.

Has anyone had Railway issue the cert via ZeroSSL to bypass this? Or is waiting out the 7-day rolling window the only option?

This seems related to an earlier incident: https://status.railway.com/incident/C4L89HAF

Railway probably tried to re-issue the certificate multiple times while Fastly was down thus hitting the weekly Let's Encrypt certificate limit. Unfortunately, you would need to wait for the weekly limit to reset.
