Failed to send email: [Errno 101] Network is unreachable

I have a celery worker that uses the python smtp library alongside my gmail and app password to send emails, today I've been receiving an error:

Failed to send email: [Errno 101] Network is unreachable

I googled it and it seems like it's a frequent occurrance when doing this through a server, this has been working for about a year though without any problems, was anything changed on the railway platform that could've stopped this from working?

Hello,

We block outbound SMTP.

Also now that I have this help channel open, would i be able to request an increase on volumes per project, i think 20 should be plenty for now

Of course, it just depends on which workspace, since we can only bump limits for users on the Pro plan.

Not sure why my account doesn't show it since I have it linked on discord

Right, but my point was that you have two workspaces: one hobby and one pro.

On the pro plan I mean

I can do that. Can you share a brief use case for more than 10 volumes for our records, please?

We have a database per whitelabel tenant so that data isn't shared between tenants.

Gotcha, I will bump the limit to 20, but eventually you will run into limits with the number of services in a project (100), and we cannot bump that limit on Pro.
